These individuals are already familiar with the international context, such as multiple nationalities, languages, cultures, and diverse culinary traditions. Before leaving their home country, Asian workers receive adaptation training specific to the Romanian industry they will be working in. Additionally, upon their arrival in Romania, our colleague, who is also the Consul of Nepal, provides cultural integration courses to address any situations that may arise while working with Asian workers.

We carefully select Asian workers with relevant industry experience. We ensure that candidates are informed about the specific activities they will be undertaking in Romania, including work schedules and other necessary aspects. When we are unable to directly verify their information, we conduct interviews and tests, which can be done online. This thorough screening process minimizes the risk of recruiting staff who may not meet expectations.
